Love corporate events! Often I feel like Im the lucky one that gets to experience all the work mates celebrating another year of working together. You get to hear all the funny stories and share with them.

Here we are in Melbourne, in the lovely Alexander Gardens, near the boat sheds, having a feast! There were jugglers, magician with rabbits, carichature artist and myself the Tarot Reader!!

Santa even showed up to hand out the raffled presents and Max Walker cam along to share some of his stories as well.

In this photo, we have Belinda choosing the same card being 9 Pentacles hours apart. The team did a wonderful job of orchestrating this huge event, maybe the Tarot card was saying she wears many hats and to acknowledge all her many skills!

Thank you for having me, trust all the proceedings went well and everyone enjoyed the day and the Tarot card readings too.

LunaBears Picnic

LunaBears 2011

This is our 4th year running! We meet once a year in October to raise funds for Free the Bears Foundation.

There are still over 10,000 bears that need to be cared for. These Moon Bears, Sun Bears and Asiactic Bears are farmed for their bile, kept in restrictive cages, some dont ever get to see the Sun light.

At this stage there are 35 of us in the LunaBears club in Victoria alone. We raised $1,000 this year, not bad for a humble group of people committed to making a difference!

Together we support a Bear Sancutary in Laos and currently sponsoring 3 Bears. Lom and Fa are male Moon Bears and Dinh is a female Moon Bear. The names mean Earth, Sky and Sea. They were all rescued together and brought to the Laos Sancutary four years ago around the time we started the LunBears club.

Monthly Healers Market

Every month for the past three years I have been holding a stall at the Moonee Ponds Healers Market. Its held on the first Sunday of the Month and the venue is the local Community Hall in Moonee Ponds.

In the first two years we raised over $3,000 and we presented this money to the Olivia Newton John Foundation.

This year we raised over $3,000 again, but this year we decided to donate the money to the Ian Gawler Foundation. They have been around for 28 years already and they do not get any government support, so it was really special that our little group was able to support them in our little big way!

I have made many new friends from our little community and together we are making a huge difference! Thank you Louise and team for their fabulous commitment. Please come on down and support us keep making that difference!

Ear Candling

We had the privilege to do Tarot readings for over 600 students from the Monash Unversity for their Annual University Ball.

It was held at the Flemington Racecourse in the gorgeous Atrium room.

It was all happening...it was loud, they were dancing, they were cueing up for everything, they were dressed for the 9s, everyone was having fun!

The tables were dresssed with an Arabian nights feel to them with huge white feathers as the centre pieces.

Along with us doing Tarots there were Henna Artists, Magicians, Belly Dancers, Comedians, Band, DJ, Photo booth, Palm readers...the lot!

Doing Tarot readings at the Melbourne Aquarium for the Self Storage Annual Welcome Conference.

What gorgeous surrounds to entertain your guests and staff.

Along with dinner and drinks, speical guests and staff were also offered Caricature drawings and Tarot Readings.

The Full Moon was on Sunday and here I find myself surrounded by water doing Tarot Readings at the Melbourne Aquarium.

Thank you to Susie for the opportunity and you can see by the photos how gorgeous the venue is...I can highly recommend using the Melbourne Aquarium facilities for very special evenings!

It was a great honour and privilege to be invited back once again to do Tarot readings for the Staff at the Westin Melbourne for their Wellbeing Week.

The staff are gorgeous and they are from all around the world, a real multi-cultural environment.

It was wonderful to see the same staff again a year later on and catch up with what they have been up to.

I felt the readings were on a much deeper level, maybe because they opened up a bit more, maybe they felt more comfortable having a Tarot reading the second time, or maybe because they trusted me more too!

Relay For Life 2011

Ruanna and Kendal get ready for their shift.

Another successful Cancer Council Relay For Life event was held again this year. The Moonee Valley region holds this event at the Windy Hill Football grounds. Yes I was on the look out for the Essendon boys, who wouldnt be!!
A team of us through Dans Martial Arts Taekwondo Club took turns at walking around the circuit.
Its currently 3pm now on Saturday afternoon and there are still people walking around till 6pm tonight. It is a 24 hour event and every year local businesses, clubs, friends and family all get together to raise funds for Cancer Research and remember loved ones that have passed.
I would like to thank everyone that kindly sponsored me. The total I personlly raised was $455. which is absolutely stunning and just amazing! Thank you!

Inaugural RiverWalk

To see and hear about the Dingoes was fabulous, to meet the resident Lyrebird, his name is Nova, to see the Bilby, feed Kanagroos and to watch our amazing Birds of Prey in the Flight Arena is really special.

Murrundi also works from the Healesville Sanctuary and his stories and demonstrations with the Boomerang are sensational. Murrundindi is also a wonderful supporter of the GENI Foundation that I have been supporting for approx 20 years now, assisting us with the welcome speech every year.

Committed people came together to hear Australia's own Passion Provocateur Charles Kovess demonstrate how to get in touch with your Passion.

We had the opportunity to do Tarot readings for the Westin Melbourne this month for their Workers Appreciation Week.
I love the Westin Melbourne and often go there to have a special drink or two!! So it was so lovely to be invited to readings there for the staff, we met some wonderful dear people.
We were also very well looked after with some yummy pots of tea.
For lunch Natalie and I went across the road to the Hare Krishna's Crossway restaurant for some yummy curry and simply gorgeous desert yum!!

Bridal Expo May 2010

Here I am with Natalie at the Tarot in Action stall at the recent Australian Bridal Services Expo May 2010 at the Melbourne Exhibition Building.
We were upgraded to a much bigger site which was a bonus for us and we had plenty of space to have our card tables set up to do Tarot Readings for all the brides to be and her bridesmaids over the weekend, we also had a tressle table set up to display some wares.
I had a great weekend, I'm sure Natalie did too!

Here I am with a good psychic friend of mine Barbara at the Mind Body & Spirit Festival in Sydney May 2010. Barbara is from Sydney.
We catch up when I go up to the Sydney MBS Festivals or when she comes down to the Melbourne MBS Festivals.

The weather was lovely all weekend, and I cannot believe how quickly the time just quickly went, I worked all the 4 days from 10am - 7pm.
On the Saturday 15 May the whole harbour was a-buzz with the return of Jessica Watson's world sailing trip on her little boat elle. Stunning efffort little girl, at 16 years of age!

The Haunted Bookshop Ghost Tour

Here we all are at the Haunted Bookshop in Melbourne all ready to go and see some Ghosts. We didnt see any thank goodness, but we sure did hear some great stories about haunted buildings.

We found out where the 1st markets were, that Federation Square was Melbourne's first morge, the red light districts was in La Trobe St just behind where all the Horses and carriages were housed in the garages.
I was amazed to walk down quiet laneways in Melbourne's Central Business District that I've never walked down before. We encountered a lot of old buildings, like the Old State Title Office and the Old Forensic Medicine Buikdings, funnily enough all added up to 13!!
I also noticed how many lights went on or off. Maybe the Ghosts were saying hello to David our Tour guide, he does this tour every Saturday night!
We walked for about 2 hours, ended with a walk through Flagstaff Gardens and Victoria Markets that once were Cemeteries and I suppose still are because the bodies are still there!

Tasmania's Mind Body and Soul Festival 2010

Here I am with my travelling buddy Miss Shaki in Launceston Tasmania, doing Tarot readings at the Mind Body and Soul Festival. It is held every year over the Moomba Weekend.

It was a wonderful experience, I could feel the softer Soul of this Festival in Tasmania compared to the stronger Spirit of the Mind Body & Spirit Festivals in Australia.

Gypsy readings on the Tall Ship, The Amsterdam

Here I am with my little friend Amanda, who looked after me all night, on the Tall Ship called The Amsterdam. The Amsterdam is making her way around Australia, from Sydney she has travelled down to Victoria and was parked at Williamstown Workshop Pier for a few days before heading off to Adelaide next.

I was very lucky and felt very priviledged to be on board such a beautiful Tall Ship. There were up to 40 sailors, boys and girls that ran and looked after the ship. What a wonderful way for them to travel around the world.

I was hired for the evening to do roaming Gypsy Tarot Readings for all the VIPs and guest which was a lot of fun! There were also artists and jugglers entertaining the guests, as well as yummy morsels of food and drinks of course. Aye ye matie har har!!

Relay for Life with Taekwondo Friends

Here we are having fun and getting warmed up for the big night ahead, to raise funds for the Cancer Council's annual event "Relay for Life". This year it was being held at the Essendon Footy Oval in Napier St, Essendon.

Dan's Martial Arts (the Taekwondo club I attend) was well represented with some of us committing to a 24 hour schedule, we set up a tent and and wore our doboks (Korean for pants) to represent our club. I was rostered to walk (yes walk not run) from 12 midnight to 1am the Saturday morning. Thank goodness it was a beautiful warm evening to be outside walking around. Many set up camp so it was a good night for it.

I personally raised $113 bucks, thank you to everyone that sponsored me.

Labyrinth Walk at Merri Creek Jan '10

Here we are at Merri Creek on our adventure looking for the Labyrinth. We believe we honed in and located the area where it would be, but the grass was too high and we couldn't see it.

The weather was lovely, Merri Creek is just gorgeous and the company was the best!

The walk we did was just like walking the labyrinth! Up and around, walking along smooth bits and then rough bits, catching up to this person and getting to know someone new, this is what is so symbolic of walk a labyrinth and living a life.

Stay tuned for another Labyrinth walk in Eltham later in the year.

Bridal Expo January 10

This was a lot of fun, and what a way to start the new year!!

Tarot in Action stepped out and on up, by having a stall demonstating products, doing Tarot readings and advertising our Hens Nights specials, at the Australian Bridal Service Expo at the Exhibition Building in Carlton.

I am also proud as punch that Tarot in Action officially employed students to do Tarot Readings at this Expo. Thanks to Natalie, Kate, Natalie and Connie for having the courage and thank you for being there representing Tarot in Action. It reminded me of when I first started doing readings at Festivals many years ago.

What a fun way to start the year for 2010, by consulting my Tarot cards for the Leader Newspaper Moonee Valley region.

I answered various questions about the Moonee Valley Councillors, state and Federal elections, Melb Cup tips, even the best numbers for tattslotto, ha!

The hardest question was about football because as I mentioned in the article, I am a one-eyed Essendon fan, but I trust my Tarot cards.

It was all in good fun!

It was fun to do and I also realised that Louise, Annalise and Mansour are all students of Tarot in Action. I remember thinking to myself that Tarot in Action is definitely in motion here. I also remember thinking when was the song going to end!

Sexpo Melbourne 2009

Another year and another Sexpo happened in Melbourne for 2009, a full-on action packed 4 days at the Exhibition Centre.

The best part of the whole show for me was the Crusty Demons. Phew, those guys can really make those motobikes fly!!

Here I am with Regina the organiser for all the Psychic readers at Sexpo Australia wide, and my friend Winifred a psychic from Tweed Heads and over the years has become my buddy.

Lunabear Ladys 2009

And another huge win was getting the Lunabear Ladys photo on the Free The Bears newsletter. And what hoot there we are!

This is our third year getting together and our numbers have grown to 20 Lunabear Ladys.

The Lunabear Ladys meet once a year and we all donate $30 each towards freeing the Moon Bears from bile farming. We sponsor a a girl called "Dinh" and a boy called "Lom", they now live in a Sanctuary in Laos.

There you go, this little black duck likes to rock & roll and when the boys are in town Im there rocking too!

Totally fantastic night, the sound was great at Etihad Stadium, instead of the boys putting on 3 concerts at Rod Laver they only did the one at Etihad.

Eddie and Ben sang together a couple of classics, "indifference" followed by the David Bowie and Freddie Mercury hit song "Under Pressure".

Caught up with good friends...Danny T and here I am in the pix with Paul, Jules was there too. You can see the blue lights across the top of the stage and the 2 big screens on either side of the stage announcing that Ben Harper was soon to come on stage.

And of course Im wearing my friends teeshirt "Heaven the Axe" Thanks Phoebe!

Hens Nite in Rye, Victoria

It was a very warm Saturday nite whilst driving on the way down to Rye, but by the time I got there the cool change came through to the relief of all.

I met over 12 lovely ladies that had no idea I was coming along to do the Tarot readings for this Hens Nite, they were all very surprised and excited about the prospects of having their questions answered.

Many of them had never had a Tarot Reading before and were a bit nervous, and throughout the reading they were able to be empowered and realised it wasnt as frightening as they first thought.

The Healing Market in Moonee Ponds was fabulous once again, thank you to Louise and friends that really put on a fabulous show!! All the proceeds go to Louise's charity...Olivia Newton John Foundation.

I caught up with so many new and old friends. One friend I had not seen since I used to work at Telecom (known as Telstra today). Sold some of my products, did a few Tarot readings, and booked people in to do my Tarot program for next year, an all round successful day!!

I even got up on stage and danced to a Bollywood number with Annalise (shown in photo on Right) Louise also joined in the fun (shown in photo on Left) and so did Mansour a fellow. Then I realised Annalise, Louise and Mansour are all students of Tarot in Action, and I feel chuffed that we all got up there, broke through our egos and had some fun!

Here I am in Sydney attending the Mind Body Spirit Festival, I look forward to going away and having some fun in Sydney and I can't believe how quickly it all came and went already!!

The readings are always amazing and I also bought myself new clothes, new bag and new jewellery. I didn't plan to spend any money but there are so many gorgeous stalls, I recommend you start saving your monies because the Melbourne MBS Festival is on Fri 20th till Sunday 22nd Nov at Jeff's Shed.

Photo on Top: I share my time with the lovely Shaki (Angel readings at MBS) when I'm in Sydney, we have an absolutely wonderful time in the evenings dining together and showing each other all the new purchases.

Photo on Bottom: There is me, beautiful Cimone, Merv and Judy. These guys do all the hard yakka setting up, all the bookings and looking after all the readers at all the MBS around Australia.

We are working on the latest GENI Foundation event called "Clean Energy" with Dr Helen Caldicott as Guest Speaker.

This event is on Sunday 15 November 2009. Cameo Cinema, 1628 Burwood Hwy, Belgrave. 4pm - 6pm Tix at Door: $15 / $10 conc.

You are invited to come along and support the GENI Foundation spread the word that there is enough renewable energy to go around without disadvantage to anyone or the environment.
