Celebrating World Environment Day 2010

Every year the GENI Foundation celebrates the UN World Environment Day and this year was once again was sensational!
Committed people came together to hear Australia's own Passion Provocateur Charles Kovess demonstrate how to get in touch with your Passion.

We were also priviledged to hear Peter Ellyard, Australia's own Futurist and Strategist discuss future trends, time frames, what to look out for, and how to look at the world in a big picture way. Truly honoured to be in the presence of some truly inspiring people! Thanks Great Spirit I look forward to see what happens at next years' WE Day.

Tarot Readings at the Westin Melbourne

We had the opportunity to do Tarot readings for the Westin Melbourne this month for their Workers Appreciation Week.
I love the Westin Melbourne and often go there to have a special drink or two!! So it was so lovely to be invited to readings there for the staff, we met some wonderful dear people.
We were also very well looked after with some yummy pots of tea.
For lunch Natalie and I went across the road to the Hare Krishna's Crossway restaurant for some yummy curry and simply gorgeous desert yum!!

Solar Powering Queens Park, Moonee Ponds

Here we are at our first meeting to discuss the possibility of Solar Powering the Bowling Club, the Park, the Cafe House and Swimming Pool at Queens Parks in Moonee Ponds.
Someone had the idea, someone has the expertise, someone has the money and it takes everyone to come together to make it happen.

Bridal Expo May 2010

Here I am with Natalie at the Tarot in Action stall at the recent Australian Bridal Services Expo May 2010 at the Melbourne Exhibition Building.
We were upgraded to a much bigger site which was a bonus for us and we had plenty of space to have our card tables set up to do Tarot Readings for all the brides to be and her bridesmaids over the weekend, we also had a tressle table set up to display some wares.
I had a great weekend, I'm sure Natalie did too!

Sydney Mind Body & Spirit May 2010

Here I am with a good psychic friend of mine Barbara at the Mind Body & Spirit Festival in Sydney May 2010. Barbara is from Sydney.
We catch up when I go up to the Sydney MBS Festivals or when she comes down to the Melbourne MBS Festivals.

The weather was lovely all weekend, and I cannot believe how quickly the time just quickly went, I worked all the 4 days from 10am - 7pm.
On the Saturday 15 May the whole harbour was a-buzz with the return of Jessica Watson's world sailing trip on her little boat elle. Stunning efffort little girl, at 16 years of age!

The Haunted Bookshop Ghost Tour

Here we all are at the Haunted Bookshop in Melbourne all ready to go and see some Ghosts. We didnt see any thank goodness, but we sure did hear some great stories about haunted buildings.

We found out where the 1st markets were, that Federation Square was Melbourne's first morge, the red light districts was in La Trobe St just behind where all the Horses and carriages were housed in the garages.
I was amazed to walk down quiet laneways in Melbourne's Central Business District that I've never walked down before. We encountered a lot of old buildings, like the Old State Title Office and the Old Forensic Medicine Buikdings, funnily enough all added up to 13!!
I also noticed how many lights went on or off. Maybe the Ghosts were saying hello to David our Tour guide, he does this tour every Saturday night!
We walked for about 2 hours, ended with a walk through Flagstaff Gardens and Victoria Markets that once were Cemeteries and I suppose still are because the bodies are still there!

Extra Special Birthday !!

Can you tell Im having fun!!!
It was a sensational evening at Zoo Twilights with lovely friends and I loved sharing it with all my animal friends too.
The weather performed, the animals all performed and so did Daryl Braithwaite. What a great way to celebrate my birthday with good ol songs that I grew up with.
