The purpose of the workshop is to build confidence and self-esteem, to learn skills and moves to practically defend ourselves in our environment.
For 2 hours we practiced quick release techniques in the case we find ourselves in compromising situations. We slowly built up on the excecises and wow those 2 hours went real quick.
